SMT PCB Stack Rack Advantages

The horizontal PCB stack cart has five shelves of card guides. Each level can hold one hundred 350mm of width PCBs. The conductive material made the card guides for safely and conveniently handling PCBs during assembly. Additional shelves can be added or removed.

Four 4″ wheels allow smooth movement of the rack. Two wheels with brakes keep the rack stationary during loading and unloading.

  • Adjustable panels with horizontal slide for high-density loading.
  • Each anti-static panel is equipped with 8 hexagonal adjustment buckles, which are used to fix the panels and easily adjust the distance between each panel.
  • Ideal for transporting work-in process and storing large quantities of PCB boards.
  • Open chrome-plated steel panels allow airflow and conductivity and have slides that accept boards up to 1/8″ (3mm) thick.
  • With a stainless-steel frame, sturdy, durable, pleasing look.
  • Four universal silent activity wheels easy to move without noise, 2 wheels with brakes, another 2 swivel wheels can move freely.
  • With well-made precise slot, make sure sliding PCB smoothly.
  • Additional shelves can be added. Easy for installation and fix.
  • Stable surface resistance: 1e4 – 1e9 ohm. Anti-static index is stable.
  • Grounding: with a metal grounding chain effectively releasing static electricity.
  • Heat resistance temperature: 60℃
  • Number labels: It can improve the accuracy of placing PCB boards and improve the work efficiency.
