SMT PCB Automatic Vacuum Magazine Loader

Description

The vacuum loader automatically loads double-sided boards and bare boards in SMT production lines. The top PCB is lifted by vacuum from the stack and lowered onto the conveyor. The PCB stack is loaded manually into the machine, and the individual PCBs are handed over to the downstream system on a transfer conveyor.

  • Pre-warning limit alarm for stack empty.
  • Three points positioning, upper and lower pneumatic clamping, ensure the location of the magazine rack is accurate.
  • The push plate protection system ensures that the PCB board will not be damaged and the process loss will be reduced.
