SMT Feeder Storage Cart Advantages

SMT feeder cart is used for feeder placing, preparation in advance, turnover, and storing feeders in automated production lines, helping to improve production efficiency. It is widely used in EMS factories.

We professional produce virous types of feeder’s carts, feeder trolley, including JUKI, SAMSUNG, PANASONIC, YAMAHA, SIMENS, SONILIPS, UNIVERSAL, PHILIPS, HITACHI etc.

Especificación
  • All feeder storage carts are made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, the body is firm, light, durable, and flexible.
  • All feeder carts can be easily disassembled and installed, it’s very convenient for shipment to save shipment cost.
  • Equipped with grounding chain to keep stable antic static.
  • Structure: 2 layers, 40 slots per layer, total 80 feeders can be stored.
  • Convenient and smoothly place, free to take out or put in feeders.
  • With four 3-inch universal casters, two with brakes.
  • Give operators a secure place to put unused feeders between set-ups minimizing failures due to improper storage or handling.
  • When preparing for the next job, the same carts can be used to “pre-kit” the placement systems tape feeder load in positive latching feeder locations using the same numbering system as used on your placement machine.
  • Dedicate on cart for use when removing the tape feeders from the previous job and another for the current set-up minimizing changeover time.
  • When changing over to the next job, the cart is moved to the correct placement system, existing feeder on the assembler are moved to an unused shelf on the cart and the “pre-kit” feeder set move from the numbered slots on the cart to the same number slot on the machine.
