NG PCB Reject Conveyor

This NG reject conveyor is available to automatically separate the OK/NG board signal from the upstream SPI/AOI test machine and can lift the NG PCB for visual inspection without stopping or interrupting. The OK boards can flow into the downstream machine. It can be compatible with any tester like AOI or SPI.

Description

This NG reject conveyor is available to automatically separate the OK/NG board signal from the upstream SPI/AOI test machine and can lift the NG PCB for visual inspection without stopping or interrupting. The OK boards can flow into the downstream machine. It can be compatible with any tester like AOI or SPI.

  • Selectable modes: By-pass, inspection, NG reject inspect mode.
  • Multiple sound and light and touch screen alarms are selectable.
  • Steel frame, static painted surfaces, smooth, stable, and easy operation. Heavy bottom design to prevent machine shifting.
  • Smooth and parallel conveyor width adjustment by using the hand crank. Option: automatically conveyor width adjustment.
  • Center PCB stop position.
  • The conveyor motor adopts the stepper motor.
  • Maximum can buffer 8 pieces of NG PCB continuously without stopping (max buffer can be specified).
  • The NG reject conveyor length could be customized upon any request.
