The SMT anti-static trolly is also known as a PCB turnover cart or transfer cart. It is for PCB manufacture, assembly, storage, and transfer the PCB boards for automated assembly lines. Its reasonable design and excellent quality suit for transportation, distribution, high-volume storage, circulation, and processing in SMT factory logistics.

Made by stainless steel frame + conductive PP, sturdy, durable, and flexible.
Stable flashboard surface resistance: 1e4 – 1e9 ohm
Grounding: by a metal chain
With 4 swivel wheels, 2 wheels with brakes, another 2 swivel wheels can move freely.
High PCB storage capacity: N(columns) x 100pcs (each column), can hold 200-500pcs PCB boards which can be adjusted depends on the PCB size.
Load bearing: 200KG
Heat resistance temperature: 60℃
Adjustment mode: after adjusting the position of the side plate, press the buckle to make the side plate firmly fixed in the required position, and release the buckle to easily adjust the width of the trolley.
Number labels: It can improve the accuracy of placing PCB boards and improve the work efficiency.
Quick width adjusts and fix method: release and fix the spring steel plate buckle.
Easy for installation.
Additional ESD double-side flashboard can be added or removed.
